Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staffs are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.

Refund:

If the order is canceled by the customer before the delivery, customer will get refund of the total amount, after deducting the bank charges, if any.

Return & Replace:

If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 15 working days, but cannot be refunded.

We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if:

  • Faulty items.
  • Items damaged in transit.

Items cannot be exchanged with any other item

To return an item, you will need to contact us by email on sales@kanoostationery.com within 15 days of receiving the item.
